This is a document used to track actual vs. estimated hours,
updated on a weekly basis.
Consultant Checklist
This is the checklist Marilyn developed for her staff to make
sure they covered everything when going over a client document.
Coaching Document
These coaching documents were the backbone of the project's
success. Most of the training had to happen in coaching sessions;
these documents made sure all the important information was
covered in the right way.
Their quality was credited with higher
grant awards from the state. Authors of these documents and
coaches were given workshops from Ability in their use.
Intel/Teradyne Technical Training
These courses were approved by Intel
and developed to their specifications for their vendor, Teradyne.

Job Aids (Word)
These troubleshooting job aids were so effective they
were adopted by the manufacturing and field engineering groups
after we created them for the training. These are from an
advanced-level maintenance course to repair PC-board inspection
machines.

but the course can basically be taught from the student materials,
except for certain exercises. This is an operator safety lesson.

Course (PowerPoint)
This course has similar content to the E-Learning
courses; it's intended for staff with various levels of intranet
experience to learn about this new intranet. This course was
designed to be delivered either in the classroom or (with
minor changes) over a Web-x conferencing session.
