Marilyn Freedberg is the person
who'll make sure your project is successful. She takes personal
reponsibility for each one, which is why ABILITY will take
no more than two large concurrent clients. And each developer's
performance is personally monitored by her.

the dreaded status checklists (!), the editing checklists,
the detailed time reporting. It's painful at times but the
