So as not to wonder why there are no
references for 2003, this year was focused on creating in-house
training products and professional development projects.
I want to tell you just how much better these modules work
for training purposes than the format we were using a couple
of years ago. The difference is like night & day.

The program that was developed for GAP Inc. could not have
met the aggressive timeline without Marilyn's continuous
efforts. She put in many long hours to ensure the programs
were completed on time but never sacrificed the quality.

effect on the Shared Service Center and set the standard
for internal GAP Inc. training.
