This is a non-profit with offices throughout
the United States. They buy land to use for public purposes
like parks, watersheds, recreation areas, etc.
TPL needed training for all staff levels
on their new intranet and specialized training for their intranet
editors and administrators.
After analyzing their needs, ABILITY recommended
a variety of trainings to fit their diverse and widespread
staff.
This included the design and creation of
web-based, instructor-led, coached, and self-paced trainings
utilizing PowerPoints, an Authorware CBT, and job aids.
Our analysis of the usability of the intranet
led to several changes in the application. We also designed
and created their online help in HTML.
