This large American bank needed training
for two different products for Phone Bankers in their call
centers.
We designed and created a five-day instructor-led
course for their IRA products that learners and instructors
agreed were unique at Wells Fargo and really made them able
to do the job.
We also designed an e-learning course for
their top-level checking/savings product.
The innovations we introduced in their instructor-led
training improved learner involvement and performance, decreased
development time, and helped trainers train.
This includes:
Asking frequent questions for
learners look up in their online resource rather than
being told information by trainers
A variety of team exercises
and role plays
Eliminating duplicate content in the trainer's
guide and including relevant instructions in the student
guide so nearly everything can be covered using the student
materials
